DID YOU KNOW?  
A light snack up to 60 minutes before your workout can help regulate blood sugar and avoid any distracting hunger pangs. Popular snacks can include yogurts, bananas, fresh fruit, energy bars, peanut butter sandwiches, etc.

BOOKING WINDOW 
Classes can be booked up to two weeks in advance. Before you book, you will need to register a free account. Once registered, you’ll be able to purchase, reserve and cancel classes easily and quickly online.

WAITLIST 
If a class is full, you can opt to join the waitlist (you'll need a credit in your account to hold the place). As bikes become available they are automatically allocated to riders on the waitlist up to six hours before the class starts. If you're allocated a bike, you will be notified by e-mail. Please ensure that if you no longer wish to attend your waitlist class that you cancel your space to avoid being charged. This can be done from within your account. 
 
 
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR CLASS 
This will allow us time to sign you in, show you around and help you with your bike set-up. For your convenience we’ll also record your personal bike settings for your next ride.  
 
NEW TO VENNING RIDE? 
We need some details about you first. Download our form here and bring it with you. Alternatively, you can complete the form on arrival, but please allow enough time. 
 
FOOTWEAR 
Trainers are fine for all our workouts. However if you own cycling shoes, our pedals are compatible with SPD CLEATS.  
 
WHAT TO BRING? 
We recommend a small towel and water for your comfort. We provide free chilled and ambient water to fill your bottles, or you can buy bottled water from reception. 
 
 
 
CAN'T MAKE YOUR CLASS? ☹☹ 
We're gonna miss you. Just make sure you cancel within the six hour deadline for your credit to be returned to your account. If you don’t cancel within the six hours we will be unable to return your credit and you’ll be charged as if you had attended. You can cancel your class online or by calling the studio.
