FOOTWEAR
Trainers are fine for all our workouts. However if you own cycling shoes, our pedals are compatible with SPD CLEATS.
WHAT TO BRING?
We recommend a small towel and water for your comfort. We provide free chilled and ambient water to fill your bottles, or you can buy bottled water from reception.
