1: FUEL UP 
You don’t want to ride on  
an empty stomach, so we recommend that you  
hydrate with plenty of  
water and a light snack. 
2: GEAR UP 
Remember to bring a small towel and water bottle. Our bikes have SPD's if you're looking to bring your cycle shoes (clean of course), however, trainers are just fine too. 
3. READY 
Please arrive at the studio 
10-15 minutes before your 
ride, so we can help set you  
up, and carry out our stages 
fit bike-check. 
4. TRACK YOUR RIDE 
You'll see some riders using their phones to connect to the bike. This provides performance figures after your class. It also offers a cool way to monitor your intensity in real-time during class. Ask your instructor for more details.

Individuals need to register a free mindbody booking account. 
Once registered you'll be able to purchase rides an schedule classes and unreserve classes. 
 
UNRESERVING RIDES 
6-hours notice is required on all cancellations to avoid losing your credit. 
 
SHARING CREDITS 
Our ride packs can be shared across multiple accounts.
