1. REGISTER 
It takes just a few 
moments to register

2. BUY CREDITS 
One credit equals one class. 
You can buy credits one at a 
time, or in bundles. 
 
 
3. BOOK A CLASS 
Finally, choose your preferred 
class time and workout. You’ll be 
able to book a class up to two 
weeks in advance. 
 
YOUR FIRST CLASS 
PLEASE ARRIVE 15-MINUTES BEFORE YOUR CLASS 
This will allow us time to sign you in, show you around, and in the case of Indoor Cycling, help you with your bike set-up. For your convenience we’ll also record your personal bike settings for your next ride.  
 
NEW TO VENNING RIDE? 
We need your info. Download our form here and bring it with you, or if you would rather, fill it out on arrival, but please allow enough time. 
 
FOOTWEAR 
Trainers are absolutely fine, although for Indoor Cycling, should you have your own cycling shoes that clip in (we’ll be offering these soon) our bikes offer pedals compatible with SPD CLEATS so you are very welcome to bring them along. Clean of course! 
 
WHAT TO BRING? 
We recommend a small towel and water for your comfort. We provide free chilled and ambient water to fill your bottles, or you can buy bottled water from reception.
