Whether it’s one of an exciting range of both Instructor-led ‘off the peg’ workouts from renowned indoor cycling names, or our very own Venning Ride-designed studio workouts that change every week, you will find masses to choose from. If you want an easy ride, or something more challenging, you will find something here for you.
You simply browse through the choices, start the programme, then enjoy the ride, seeing your power, speed, RPM, distance, time, heart rate and kcal while you ride. Every workout is then stored in your personal history folder, allowing you to remember which classes you’ve done, and also track your progress from week to week!
